The name "Team OZ" comes from the fact that John, Yvonne and Sylvia all grew up and Kansas, and we arn't in Kansas anymore! We must be in OZ.  When you think of OZ, you think of "The Wizard of OZ". Combine that with the helpful computer wizard that helps you with new programs and you have the essence of Team OZ

When Dorothy was in the land of OZ, she commented to Toto, "We aren't in Kansas anymore". Many things come to mind when we think of OZ such as: "Somewhere Over the Rainbow..., There's a Place that You Dream Of" and of course "There's No Place Like Home". Not to mention "Brains", "Heart", "Courage" and "Faith".

Secondly, in a more contemporary light, most of us have used a "Wizard" when we are installing or using a computer program. The term is becoming synonymous with "helping". Team OZ can help you through your real estate transactions much like a computer wizard. We can help make the process of real estate purchasing, selling and investing less confusing and more enjoyable. Even though real estate transactions are serious business, it does not mean we cannot have some fun in the process! Here are the "Wizards" of Team OZ.

John Anderson - Listing Specialist. John came to the real estate field with a background in architecture, construction and development. John brings with him years of experience developing keen skills in working with people, learning their needs and wants, creating a plan and ultimately helping them meet their needs and wants. Providing buyers and sellers with friendly, caring, knowledgeable guidance through a real estate transaction, minimizing the stress and maximizing the enjoyment is what he enjoys most. John loves to explore Colorado, spend time with his family and play an occasional round of golf.

Yvonne Anderson - Lead Buyer's Specialist. In 2002 when Telecommunications slowed down Yvonne got her Real Estate license along with her husband John. She?s worked hard developing her expertise in residential and investment properties. Her enjoyment of working with people, matching client?s needs to the available properties is a great asset to the team. She enjoys being Grandma with 2 children and 2 grandchildren in the Dallas Texas area. 

Sylvia Gorup - Licensed Assistant. Sylvia has recently moved here from Kansas. She was in the title insurance industry for over 20 years and is looking foreword to working on the other side of the business. Her knowledge of titles and title insurance is a great asset to the team. She has 2 grown children and has been active in the American Youth Soccer Organization. She looks foreword to spending time in the mountains with her husband and family.
